One-Year Brand Development
The Process Behind the New Brand
As a top-tier B2B Marketing Agency, Maren Hogan (CEO) knew in 2018 it was time for a complete brand overhaul to match Red Branch Media's skills and expertise. With her team of 4 designers, here's how I lead the way to make that happen. View the brand book and launch the live website.

We knew this project would take some time, as it's a complete brand identity overhaul. As the design team and I met with the CEO in late 2018, we spent quite a bit of time planning how we would present Red Branch Media to the world. We started with taking in-house professional photoshoots of each employee, creating a bank of company stock photography, editing all the photos, and shortly after, with guidance, each designer was asked by the CEO to contribute their vision for the company in their own style tile (brand and website blueprint).
Maren selected my style tile as the main identity for her company and picked a few elements from each of the other 3 designers' style tiles to add to my tile. This would then be the new planned face of the brand. Once I finalized the style tile, I was in charge of designing the RBM website, collaborating and working through feedback with the CEO, and working with the web, growth, outreach, content, and email teams to get all best practices applied to my pages, and would eventually be named RBM's brand ambassador. After we launched the site in January 2020, as brand ambassador, I was in charge of creating brand libraries in our file systems, creating an entire brand book, being the proofer for all RBM-created assets by any other employee, creating 35 Google Suite internal branded templates, and contributing more design articles to the Red Branch Media blog (72 total by 2024). As of 2024, I've additionally managed and run all Secret Santa events for the company, created and managed RBM's Spotify playlists, and created a slew of branded Canva RBM templates for everyone at the company to use.
What I love so much about this brand, is that it's a brand that keeps evolving and growing over the years. From the contrasting bold and italic fonts to the range of bright colors, gradients, shapes, and icons, this brand is truly unique and I've seen no other company look quite like the look I've developed for Red Branch Media.
