Complete Website Redesign
An Unconventional Fencing Site
King of Kings wanted to take their outdated website and give their church base a site that would inspire them and make them feel welcome, at home, and stay engaged with the church. Launch the live website.
This 16-page website was one of my all-time favorite website designs. It's small but mighty, and extremely engaging.
S&W Fence came to Red Branch Media wanting a website refresh. When I was assigned the lead designer to manage and design the site in its entirety, I wanted to not only stand out from Omaha's local fencing competition, but I also wanted S&W Fence's competitors to not even stand a fighting chance against them. This took a bit of research into their competitors, how to apply better UX, and collaborating with the Red Branch Media web team to ensure my ideas were CSS-friendly.
After presenting 3 style tiles (website blueprint ideas with fonts, colors, typography styling, graphic elements, and web elements), we ended up going with a dark-themed website with pops of yellow. To build upon this idea, I added floating shapes that connected sections, added isometric icons (which none of their competitors use), and worked with the web team to develop truly unique image gallery sliders and intra-page navigation. The final site is beautiful.
